About VIP

Ken Huttman, CEO VIP Media Services, Inc.

Ken has been providing quality video productions since 1989. A pioneer in video production, he is always on top with the latest in technology and technique. Ken received his degree in radio/television broadcast from the National Broadcasting School.  Shortly thereafter he became Supervisor of the Video Department and taught video production and marketing at the same school. Ken later received his electronics degree enabling him to stay on top of new developments in the field and actually understands them. When NBS School closed, VIP was opened first as a school finishing the education of the NBS students, then transitioned into a full service production facility.

As an entrepreneur, Ken has expanded VIP Media Services Inc. from a school to a full service video production facility, web hosting, and design and software development corporation.

His vast experience includes shooting for the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, Seattle Sonics, and producing over 250 broadcast TV commercials a year for over 20 years for  Seattle’s’ KING/KONG television, Northwest Cable News, Fox 13, FOX Sports, KOMO television,  Comcast and Wave  Cable clients and advertising agencies across the country.

Ken has also produced/ and directed broadcast TV commercials in conjunction with George Lucas films and served as a creative consultant/ Director for the Outdoor Life Network on many shows.

Corporate Clients include the U.S. Government for a series on oil spill cleanup, Safeco Insurance, Auburn Valley Hospital and PBS broadcasting.

Ken is now taking a hobby to a new level by shooting full HD video with a Radio controlled drone. This is very exciting as there is no need to hire an expensive “real” helicopter.  Most shots can be much more creative and are now accessible with a low level aerial craft capturing footage previously not available to full size aircraft…

These drones are very technically advanced as the video is viewable in flight and camera stabilization is now very advanced. By incorporating the latest Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology into our custom-built drones we are able to fly with great accuracy and creative understanding.
